Terms of use.

Information on the sites

We keep schedules, services and prices current, but they can change. The price and time confirmed with you before you pay is the one that counts.

Requests and payment

Lessons, programs and rentals start with a request. Once a coach or the facility team confirms the details with you, you pay online through a Square payment link before the session. GEARS does not take cash. Ask about missed-session and cancellation terms before you pay.

Training and facility use

Baseball and softball training involves physical risk. A parent or guardian must consent for any athlete under 18. Facility rentals follow the rules and waivers the facility provides.
